Our Payment Methods
PAYMENT TERMS
– Our payment terms are strictly T/T (Bank to Bank transfer). We do not accept Letters of Credit (L/C) or Bank Guarantees for the first order.
REFUNDS
– In case of cancellation or dispute after payment, we offer a refund period of 2 to 3 weeks. Some refunds may be 100%, depending on the trade terms and circumstances.
OUR RIGHTS
– We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet our satisfaction (this applies to minimum orders, delivery conflicts at certain ports, etc.). We also reserve the right to choose our customers respectfully.
Processing Time
MALTONE HOLDINGS. LTD estimates shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the chosen shipping options. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, and no orders will be processed on these days (though payments will still be accepted, and orders will be processed starting Monday).
International Delivery
At MALTONE HOLDINGS. LTD, we proudly offer international and overseas delivery, shipping our products to buyers around the globe. We ship to Australia, UK, Canada, UAE, EU, New Zealand, and Asia upon request.
We do not charge any extra fees for hauling, loading, or delivery; all our prices are CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), which means delivery is included right up to your location worldwide. We provide ocean freight services for international buyers, with estimated delivery times of just 15 to 20 days for your orders to arrive at your designated location. Once payment for your order is confirmed, we will send you all tracking numbers and a complete shipping schedule.
